Our restaurant is honored by the executive chef Janine Fiche, originally from France, who has worked in Nicaragua for over 20 years directing its famous restaurant Le Café de Paris.

Fiche has specialized in French cuisine, prepared with local ingredients such as exotic fruits, tender red meat, fish and lobsters from temperate waters, as well as shrimps grown by local farmers.
